Shipping policy

• Delivery is free within New Zealand for orders over $100.
• A flat fee of $5 applies to all other orders unless the item is bulky or particularly heavy, in which case an additional freight charge will apply.
• Orders are dispatched on the same working day if ordered before noon or mostly by the next working day.
• Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery depending on location.
• Please note we can not courier to a P.O Box.
• Please let us know if you require complimentary gift wrapping.
• We can also arrange to send your gift directly to the recipient.
• Local customers are welcome to collect orders in-store.

We are happy to ship to Australia or the Rest of the World, depending on the product. Simply email us and we’ll work out the shipping amount for you.
