RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you need information on returns, exchanges or refunds read on:
  • Thank you so much for ordering with us at GoodThings
    With online shopping we understand it can be hard to ensure the right product.  We are happy to exchange items or if the item is just ‘not right’ we can issue a refund.
    This is provided items are returned at your expense in original condition, packaging, unsoiled and unused.
  • Please be in touch at  team@goodthings.co.nz to arrange.
  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us as soon as possible. You will need to return it to us unused and in original packaging, so we can determine whether it can be replaced or refunded. This is in accordance with your rights and our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Your postage costs can also be reimbursed.

  • When returning any item to GoodThings we recommend you send it with a tracking number to avoid items getting lost in transit.
